Floreana Island (also known as Santa Maria Island) was the second island we visited on our Galapagos adventure with Galakiwi. It is the longest inhabited island in the Galapagos, but one that is home to only 150 residents who share the island with giant tortoises, marine iguanas, sea lions, lizards, and birds.

During our time on Floreana, we made our way to the highlands to visit the Pirate and Whaler Caves, explored the coastline, and enjoyed a beautiful sunset SUP session!
